
Spicy French Fish Stew

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces White Fish Fillets (like Cod or Halibut)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 medium Onions, finely chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 400 grams Chopped Tomatoes
- 250 ml White Wine
- 500 ml Fish Stock
- 1 tsp Orange Zest
- 3 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, add the onions and cook until soft.
- Add the garlic and chilli flakes, cook for another minute.
- Pour in the chopped tomatoes, white wine, fish stock, and orange zest. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and add to the pan. Cook for around 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve the stew hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
