Spicy French Egg Snacks

Ingredients:

  • 8 whole Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • ½ cup Cream
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until they blend together.
  2. Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan.
  4. As the eggs begin to set, gently stir them on low heat.
  5. When the eggs are about ¾ set, add cream, parmesan cheese, chives, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Cook the eggs for a further two minutes, or until they are fully set and creamy.
  7. Remove from heat and divide the eggs into four servings.
  8. Serve immediately. This dish is best when it is served hot.
