
Spicy French Egg Snacks

Ingredients:
- 8 whole Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- ½ cup Cream
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Chives
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them until they blend together.
- Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan.
- As the eggs begin to set, gently stir them on low heat.
- When the eggs are about ¾ set, add cream, parmesan cheese, chives, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir gently to combine.
- Cook the eggs for a further two minutes, or until they are fully set and creamy.
- Remove from heat and divide the eggs into four servings.
- Serve immediately. This dish is best when it is served hot.
