
Spicy French Beef Tartare

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces Beef Tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon Capers
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 French Baguette
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
- to taste Tabasco Sauce
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Trim any fat from the beef and finely chop into small pieces. Place it in a bowl in the fridge to keep it cold.
- In another bowl, combine capers, dijon mustard, egg yolk, chopped parsley, olive oil and a few drops of Tabasco sauce. Stir to combine and taste for seasoning. Adjust according to your taste.
- Now take the beef from the fridge and mix it with the sauce carefully till all the pieces are coated evenly. You can add a little more olive oil if the mixture looks too dry.
- Season with salt, pepper and add more Tabasco for extra spiciness if preferred.
- Serve the spicy beef tartare on slices of French baguette. Enjoy your French snack!
