Spicy Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces White fish fillets
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 pieces Lime
  • 8 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 1 bunch Fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 pieces Avocado
  • 1/2 pieces Red onion
  • to taste Salt
  • for frying Oil

Instructions:

  1. Season the fish fillets with salt, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the fish fillets, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet on medium heat.
  4. Assemble your tacos. Place a fillet of fish in the tortilla, top with a squeeze of fresh lime, chopped cilantro, sliced avocado, chopped red onion, and a dollop of sour cream.
  5. If you need more heat, add your favorite spicy sauce. Repeat steps for the remaining tacos and serve immediately.
