
Spicy Fish Tacos

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces White fish fillets
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 pieces Lime
- 8 pieces Flour tortillas
- 1 bunch Fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 pieces Avocado
- 1/2 pieces Red onion
- to taste Salt
- for frying Oil
Instructions:
- Season the fish fillets with salt, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the fish fillets, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet on medium heat.
- Assemble your tacos. Place a fillet of fish in the tortilla, top with a squeeze of fresh lime, chopped cilantro, sliced avocado, chopped red onion, and a dollop of sour cream.
- If you need more heat, add your favorite spicy sauce. Repeat steps for the remaining tacos and serve immediately.
