Spicy Fish Breakfast Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Fish fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1 piece Fresh lime
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. 1. Rub the fish fillets with the cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add the fish to the skillet and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until it's opaque and flaky.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a hot griddle.
  5. 5. Divide the fish among the tortillas and top with avocado slices, salsa, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
