Spicy Creole Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Creole seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Peel and devein the shrimp.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil.
  3. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the shrimp, Creole seasoning, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Cook shrimp until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and parsley.
  6. Serve the shrimp with crusty bread for dipping in the spicy sauce.
