Spicy Chinese Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams Pasta Noodles
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 2 pieces Red chili
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Sichuan peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Chopped green onions
  • 300 grams Ground meat

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta noodles in a large pot of boiling water until cooked. Drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add the ground meat and cook until it is no longer pink.
  4. Add the ground Sichuan peppercorns and red chili. Stir well to combine with the meat and garlic.
  5. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the wok. Stir well.
  6. Add the cooked pasta noodles to the wok and toss well to combine with the other ingredients. Cook for another two minutes.
  7. Top the pasta with the chopped green onions and serve hot.
