
Spicy Chinese Noodles

Ingredients:
- 400 grams Pasta Noodles
- 3 pieces Garlic cloves
- 2 pieces Red chili
- 1 teaspoon Ground Sichuan peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 cup Chopped green onions
- 300 grams Ground meat
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta noodles in a large pot of boiling water until cooked. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the ground meat and cook until it is no longer pink.
- Add the ground Sichuan peppercorns and red chili. Stir well to combine with the meat and garlic.
- Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the wok. Stir well.
- Add the cooked pasta noodles to the wok and toss well to combine with the other ingredients. Cook for another two minutes.
- Top the pasta with the chopped green onions and serve hot.
