Spicy Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Jasmine Rice
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 3 stalks Green Onions
  • 1 whole Red Bell Pepper
  • 3 whole Egg
  • 0.25 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • to taste Red Chili Flakes
  • to taste Salt

Instructions:

  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to the package instructions and set aside.
  2. Finely chop the garlic, green onions, and red bell pepper.
  3. Beat the eggs in a small bowl.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the garlic and red chili flakes to the wok and stir fry for about 30 seconds.
  6. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until nearly cooked through.
  7. Add the red bell pepper and green onions and stir fry until the vegetables are tender.
  8. Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir well to combine with the other ingredients.
  9. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and mix well.
  10. Season with salt and additional red chili flakes if desired.
  11. Serve the spicy Chinese fried rice hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
