
Spicy Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Jasmine Rice
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 stalks Green Onions
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper
- 3 whole Egg
- 0.25 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- to taste Red Chili Flakes
- to taste Salt
Instructions:
- Cook the jasmine rice according to the package instructions and set aside.
- Finely chop the garlic, green onions, and red bell pepper.
- Beat the eggs in a small bowl.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and red chili flakes to the wok and stir fry for about 30 seconds.
- Add the beaten eggs and scramble until nearly cooked through.
- Add the red bell pepper and green onions and stir fry until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir well to combine with the other ingredients.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and mix well.
- Season with salt and additional red chili flakes if desired.
- Serve the spicy Chinese fried rice hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
