
Spicy Chinese Egg Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 8 pcs Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 pcs Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup Green onions, chopped
- 1 pc Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and stir for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add the green onions and red bell pepper, cooking until they soften, around 4-5 minutes.
- Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet, stirring gently to scramble them, until they reach the desired doneness.
- Sprinkle the eggs with the Chinese five spice powder, then add the soy sauce, and sriracha sauce. Stir well to evenly distribute the flavors.
- Serve the spicy Chinese egg stir-fry hot, as a snack or a part of a meal. Enjoy!
