Spicy Chinese Egg Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 8 pcs Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 pcs Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 1 pc Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and stir for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the green onions and red bell pepper, cooking until they soften, around 4-5 minutes.
  5. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet, stirring gently to scramble them, until they reach the desired doneness.
  6. Sprinkle the eggs with the Chinese five spice powder, then add the soy sauce, and sriracha sauce. Stir well to evenly distribute the flavors.
  7. Serve the spicy Chinese egg stir-fry hot, as a snack or a part of a meal. Enjoy!
