
Spicy Chinese Beef Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Beef steak
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 piece Green bell pepper
- 2 pieces Red chili peppers
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Cut the beef into thin strips.
- Chop the garlic, ginger, and chili peppers finely.
- Slice the bell pepper into thin strips.
- Heat the oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the beef to the wok and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add the garlic, ginger, and chili peppers. Stir-fry for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper, followed by the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Let it simmer.
- Mix the cornstarch with a little water to make a slurry. Add this to the wok and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Return the beef to the wok and stir well to combine.
- Sprinkle over the sesame seeds just before serving.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
