Spicy Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Red chilly powder
- 3 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- 2 medium Onions
- 3 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- to taste Salt
- for garnish Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Marinate the chicken breasts with the yogurt, lemon juice, turmeric, cumin, garam masala and chilly powder. Let it sit for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken until they are fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining oil and saute the onions, garlic, and ginger until they are translucent.
- Add the tomato puree, cream, and salt and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked chicken pieces to the sauce and mix well.
- Let it simmer for another 10-15 minutes until the flavors combine.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
