
Spicy Chicken Piccata

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Boneless Chicken Breasts
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Pepper
- 0.5 cup Flour
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 minced Garlic Cloves
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Capers
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and coat lightly in flour.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken to the pan and cook until golden on both sides. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant.
- Add the chicken stock, lemon juice, capers, and chili flakes to the skillet. Bring the mixture to a simmer and allow to cook for about 10 minutes, until the sauce has reduced slightly.
- Return the chicken to the pan and spoon some of the sauce over the top. Allow the chicken to cook in the sauce for a few minutes, until cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
