Spicy Cajun Jambalaya

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Distilled White Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 medium Onions, chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 pound Sausage, diced
  • 1 pound Chicken Breasts, diced
  • 1/2 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 15 ounce can Crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups White Rice, uncooked

Instructions:

  1. 1. In a large deep skillet, saute the garlic, onions, bell pepper, and sausage in vinegar and Cajun seasoning until the onions are translucent.
  2. 2. Add in the chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. 3. Stir in shrimp, crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and rice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
  4. 4. Give everything a good stir, then let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  5. 5. When it's ready, serve it hot with a bit of fresh parsley on top! Enjoy your spicy Cajun Jambalaya!
