
Spicy Cajun Jambalaya

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Distilled White Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 medium Onions, chopped
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 pound Sausage, diced
- 1 pound Chicken Breasts, diced
- 1/2 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 15 ounce can Crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups White Rice, uncooked
Instructions:
- 1. In a large deep skillet, saute the garlic, onions, bell pepper, and sausage in vinegar and Cajun seasoning until the onions are translucent.
- 2. Add in the chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- 3. Stir in shrimp, crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, and rice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
- 4. Give everything a good stir, then let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- 5. When it's ready, serve it hot with a bit of fresh parsley on top! Enjoy your spicy Cajun Jambalaya!
