Spicy Cajun Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Long Grain Rice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 medium, chopped Onion
  • 1 medium, chopped Red Bell Pepper
  • 3 minced Garlic Cloves
  • 3 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Cooked Shrimp
  • 2 chopped Scallions

Instructions:

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and peppers and cook until softened.
  3. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes until the vegetables are well coated.
  5. Add cooked rice to the skillet, pour the Worcestershire sauce over it, and mix well to combine everything. Cook for 5 minutes or until the rice is hot.
  6. Stir in the cooked shrimp and scallions and cook till everything is well combined and heated through.
  7. Serve the spicy Cajun fried rice hot.
