
Spicy Cajun Fried Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Long Grain Rice
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 medium, chopped Onion
- 1 medium, chopped Red Bell Pepper
- 3 minced Garlic Cloves
- 3 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup Cooked Shrimp
- 2 chopped Scallions
Instructions:
- Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and peppers and cook until softened.
- Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes until the vegetables are well coated.
- Add cooked rice to the skillet, pour the Worcestershire sauce over it, and mix well to combine everything. Cook for 5 minutes or until the rice is hot.
- Stir in the cooked shrimp and scallions and cook till everything is well combined and heated through.
- Serve the spicy Cajun fried rice hot.
