
Spicy Cajun Fish Grill

Ingredients:
- 4 White fish fillets
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 Lemon wedges
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush both sides of the fish fillets with olive oil.
- Rub the spice mixture onto the fish fillets, coating them thoroughly.
- Heat grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grill grates.
- Place the fish on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until fish is opaque and easily flakes with a fork.
- Serve hot, with a squeeze of lemon juice over top if desired.
