Spicy Cajun Fish Grill

Ingredients:

  • 4 White fish fillets
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 Lemon wedges

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Brush both sides of the fish fillets with olive oil.
  3. Rub the spice mixture onto the fish fillets, coating them thoroughly.
  4. Heat grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grill grates.
  5. Place the fish on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until fish is opaque and easily flakes with a fork.
  6. Serve hot, with a squeeze of lemon juice over top if desired.
