Spicy Cajun Cod

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces Cod filets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • To taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Arrange your cod fillets on a baking tray. Season each piece with a tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.
  3. 3. Thinly slice your lemon and garlic. Place the slices on top of the seasoned fillets.
  4. 4. Place a small dollop of butter on top of each fillet.
  5. 5. Place the tray into your preheated oven and let it bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the fish becomes flaky.
  6. 6. While the fish is baking, chop your parsley.
  7. 7. Once the fish is cooked, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with a side of your choice. Enjoy your spicy Cajun cod!
