
Spicy Cajun Cod

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Cod filets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 whole Lemon
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
- To taste Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Arrange your cod fillets on a baking tray. Season each piece with a tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.
- 3. Thinly slice your lemon and garlic. Place the slices on top of the seasoned fillets.
- 4. Place a small dollop of butter on top of each fillet.
- 5. Place the tray into your preheated oven and let it bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the fish becomes flaky.
- 6. While the fish is baking, chop your parsley.
- 7. Once the fish is cooked, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with a side of your choice. Enjoy your spicy Cajun cod!
