
Spicy Cajun Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 pieces Chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1 can Diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces Pasta
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
- Season chicken breasts with cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink and juices run clear, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add diced tomatoes and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, and heat through. Add cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Slice chicken and add it back to the skillet along with the cooked pasta. Toss everything together until pasta is fully coated in sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra parmesan cheese if desired.
