Spicy BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 2 lb Pork Shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 4 items Sandwich Buns
- 1 bag Coleslaw Mix
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Rub the seasoning mix over the pork shoulder, ensuring it's evenly coated.
- Place pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
- In another bowl, mix BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar. Pour the mixture over the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours or until the pork is tender and can easily be shredded with a fork.
- While pork is cooking, prepare the coleslaw. In a large bowl, mix coleslaw mix and mayonnaise until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Once the pork is done, shred it using two forks and mix it with the sauce remaining in the slow cooker.
- To serve, place a generous portion of pulled pork on a bun, top with coleslaw, and place the other half of the bun on top.
