Spicy Bacon and Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 4 units Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, fry bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside on paper towel lined plate.
  2. 2. Keep the bacon grease in the skillet and add butter. Allow it to melt.
  3. 3. Break eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. You may cover the skillet for a minute or two to help this process.
  4. 4. Sprinkle cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper over the eggs in the last minute of cooking.
  5. 5. Serve the spicy eggs with the crispy bacon. Enjoy your Spicy Bacon and Eggs!
