
Spicy Bacon and Eggs

Ingredients:
- 8 slices Bacon
- 4 units Eggs
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions:
- 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, fry bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside on paper towel lined plate.
- 2. Keep the bacon grease in the skillet and add butter. Allow it to melt.
- 3. Break eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. You may cover the skillet for a minute or two to help this process.
- 4. Sprinkle cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper over the eggs in the last minute of cooking.
- 5. Serve the spicy eggs with the crispy bacon. Enjoy your Spicy Bacon and Eggs!
