
Spicy American Pork Chops

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Pork chops
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Rinse the pork chops and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and brown sugar. Mix well.
- Rub the pork chops with the olive oil and then coat them with the spice mixture. Make sure each chop is coated evenly.
- Place the pork chops on a baking sheet and bake them in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
