Ingredients:
- 1 lb Beef Sirloin
- 2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 Bread Rolls
- 4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
Instructions:
- Combine the cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the beef sirloin, ensuring it is well coated.
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the beef and cook until it's seared and browned on all sides.
- Slice the cooked beef thinly and set aside.
- Halve the bread rolls and toast them lightly.
- Place slices of the beef on the bottom half of each roll. Top with a slice of pepper jack cheese.
- Set the sandwich halves under the broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with the remaining half of the bread roll and serve immediately.
