Slow Cooked Pulled Pork Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Pork Shoulder
- 2 cups Barbecue Sauce
- 4 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 6 buns Hamburger Buns
Instructions:
- Place the pork shoulder into a slow cooker. Sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Pour over the pork shoulder.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until pork is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.
- Remove the pork from the slow cooker. Use two forks to shred the meat, discarding any fat.
- Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and stir well to combine with the sauce.
- Serve the pulled pork on toasted hamburger buns. Enjoy this comforting meal anytime!
