Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Instructions:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, and beat them until the yolks and whites are fully combined.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Once the pan is hot, pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let them spread out evenly.
- When the edges start to set, gently lift them using a spatula and tilt the pan to allow the uncooked egg to flow underneath.
- Once the omelette is cooked to your desired level (some like it slightly runny, others fully set), fold it in half using the spatula.
