Simple Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions:

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, and beat them until the yolks and whites are fully combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Once the pan is hot, pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let them spread out evenly.
  4. When the edges start to set, gently lift them using a spatula and tilt the pan to allow the uncooked egg to flow underneath.
  5. Once the omelette is cooked to your desired level (some like it slightly runny, others fully set), fold it in half using the spatula.
  6. Serve immediately, while hot. Enjoy your simple yet delicious omelette!
