Ingredients:
- 4 whole Oranges
- 2 whole Lemons
- 1 large Grapefruit
- 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 1 handful Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 large Burrata cheese
Instructions:
- Peel and slice the oranges, lemons, and grapefruit into thin rounds.
- Arrange the sliced fruits on a large serving platter.
- Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the fruits.
- Season with salt and black pepper according to preference.
- Tear the mint leaves and scatter them over the salad.
- Place the Burrata cheese in the centre of the platter.
