Ingredients:

  • 4 whole Oranges
  • 2 whole Lemons
  • 1 large Grapefruit
  • 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 1 handful Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 large Burrata cheese

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the oranges, lemons, and grapefruit into thin rounds.
  2. Arrange the sliced fruits on a large serving platter.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the fruits.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper according to preference.
  5. Tear the mint leaves and scatter them over the salad.
  6. Place the Burrata cheese in the centre of the platter.
  7. The Sicilian Citrus Salad is now ready to be served. Enjoy this light and tangy meal!
