Samosa

Ingredients:
- 2 medium size Potatoes
- 1 cup Peas
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- for deep frying Oil
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- as needed Water
- to taste Salt
Instructions:
- Boil the potatoes and peas until they are soft.
- Mash the potatoes and mix with peas, and add the spices.
- Make a soft dough with the flour, a little salt, and water.
- Roll the dough thinly into circles, and cut each circle in half.
- Take one half and fold into a cone shape. Fill this with the potato and peas mixture, and seal the edges with water.
- Heat the oil in a deep pan and, when hot, add the samosas in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
