
Salade Niçoise

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Fresh Tuna
- 1 head Green lettuce
- 2 default Ripe tomatoes
- 1 default Cucumbers
- 4 default Hard-boiled eggs
- 100 grams Anchovy fillets
- 100 grams Small size black olives
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- to taste default Salt
- to taste default Pepper
Instructions:
- Start by preparing your dressing. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- In a salad bowl, place the lettuce is the base. Arrange the seared tuna, sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, hard-boiled eggs cut in quarters, anchovy fillets and black olives on top.
- Finally, top with the dressing and serve the salad. The Salade Niçoise is ready to be enjoyed.
