Salade Niçoise

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Fresh Tuna
  • 1 head Green lettuce
  • 2 default Ripe tomatoes
  • 1 default Cucumbers
  • 4 default Hard-boiled eggs
  • 100 grams Anchovy fillets
  • 100 grams Small size black olives
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • to taste default Salt
  • to taste default Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Start by preparing your dressing. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a salad bowl, place the lettuce is the base. Arrange the seared tuna, sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, hard-boiled eggs cut in quarters, anchovy fillets and black olives on top.
  3. Finally, top with the dressing and serve the salad. The Salade Niçoise is ready to be enjoyed.
