
Quick Veggie Stir-Fry Udon

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Udon noodles
- 2 cups Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
Instructions:
- Prepare the udon noodles according to the packaging instructions.
- In a large frying pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the pan, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan, and pour the soy sauce over top.
- Mix everything together, stirring well to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
- Serve the stir-fry hot, and enjoy your delicious and quick Japanese meal!
