Quick Thai Veggie Stir-fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Broccoli
  • 1 Cup Bell peppers
  • 1 Cup Carrots
  • 1 Cup Snow peas
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare all the vegetables: wash and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots to the wok. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
  5. Add the snow peas and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this over the stir-fry and toss well to combine.
