
Quick Thai Veggie Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Broccoli
- 1 Cup Bell peppers
- 1 Cup Carrots
- 1 Cup Snow peas
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon Cooking oil
Instructions:
- Prepare all the vegetables: wash and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots to the wok. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
- Add the snow peas and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this over the stir-fry and toss well to combine.
