
Quick Thai Pork Stir-fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb lb Pork tenderloin
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 pieces Fresh red chili peppers
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tablespoons Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 handful Fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
- Slice the pork tenderloin into thin, bite-size pieces. Set aside.
- Mince garlic and chop red chili peppers. Slice red bell pepper into thin strips.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Saute garlic and chili for about a minute.
- Add the pork to the pan and stir-fry until its color changes. This should take about 3-4 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine fish sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour sauce over the pork and continue to stir-fry for another minute.
- Add the red bell peppers and stir-fry for another two minutes just until they are slightly softened.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil leaves.
- Serve hot with steamed jasmine rice, if desired. Enjoy your quick and easy Thai Pork Stir-fry!
