Quick Thai Pork Stir-fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lb Pork tenderloin
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 pieces Fresh red chili peppers
  • 1 piece Red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 handful Fresh basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. Slice the pork tenderloin into thin, bite-size pieces. Set aside.
  2. Mince garlic and chop red chili peppers. Slice red bell pepper into thin strips.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Saute garlic and chili for about a minute.
  4. Add the pork to the pan and stir-fry until its color changes. This should take about 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, combine fish sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  6. Pour sauce over the pork and continue to stir-fry for another minute.
  7. Add the red bell peppers and stir-fry for another two minutes just until they are slightly softened.
  8. Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil leaves.
  9. Serve hot with steamed jasmine rice, if desired. Enjoy your quick and easy Thai Pork Stir-fry!
