Quick Thai Egg Stir-fry Snack

Ingredients:

  • 6 units Eggs
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoons Sugar
  • 2 stalks Green onion
  • to taste Red chili flakes

Instructions:

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and lightly beat until the yolks and whites are fully combined.
  2. Peel and mince the garlic, then chop the green onions into thin slices.
  3. Heat the cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the beaten eggs to the pan. Let them sit for a moment to start to set, then start stirring and breaking them up into small pieces with your spatula.
  5. Once the eggs are nearly cooked, add the soy sauce and sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  6. Add the green onions and chili flakes into the pan and stir everything together for another minute or so until the onions are wilted and everything is well combined.
