
Quick Thai Egg Stir-fry Snack

Ingredients:
- 6 units Eggs
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 1 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 stalks Green onion
- to taste Red chili flakes
Instructions:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and lightly beat until the yolks and whites are fully combined.
- Peel and mince the garlic, then chop the green onions into thin slices.
- Heat the cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the beaten eggs to the pan. Let them sit for a moment to start to set, then start stirring and breaking them up into small pieces with your spatula.
- Once the eggs are nearly cooked, add the soy sauce and sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add the green onions and chili flakes into the pan and stir everything together for another minute or so until the onions are wilted and everything is well combined.
