Quick Thai Chicken Satay

Ingredients:

  • 2 pcs Chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 pcs Garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 8 pcs Bamboo skewers

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, minced garlic, and red chilli flakes to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into strips and skewer onto bamboo sticks.
  3. Apply the marinade to the chicken and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Grill the chicken on medium-high heat for 5 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  5. Serve warm with extra marinade as dipping sauce.
