
Quick Thai Chicken Satay

Ingredients:
- 2 pcs Chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 pcs Garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 8 pcs Bamboo skewers
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, minced garlic, and red chilli flakes to create the marinade.
- Cut the chicken breasts into strips and skewer onto bamboo sticks.
- Apply the marinade to the chicken and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Grill the chicken on medium-high heat for 5 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Serve warm with extra marinade as dipping sauce.
