
Quick Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 pcs chicken breasts
- 3 pcs garlic cloves
- 2 pcs Thai bird chilies
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1.5 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 4 servings cooked jasmine rice
Instructions:
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.
- Mince the garlic and chop the bird chilies.
- Stir together fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar in a small bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped chilies to the pan. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
- Add the sliced chicken to the pan and stir-fry until it is nearly cooked through. This should take about 3-5 minutes.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the pan and continue to stir-fry until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove the pan from heat and stir in the basil leaves until they are wilted.
- Serve the chicken with jasmine rice.
