Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Fish fillets
- 1 cup Japanese rice
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 2 stalks Spring onions
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Cook the Japanese rice according to the package instructions.
- While the rice is cooking, pan-fry the fish fillets on medium heat until they are cooked through and crispy on both sides.
- Combine the soy sauce and mirin in a bowl, then pour the mixture over the cooked fish fillets.
- Thinly slice the spring onions.
- Once the rice is cooked, divide it into two bowls.
- Place the fish fillet on top of the rice in each bowl, then sprinkle the spring onions and sesame seeds over the top.
