Quick Nighttime BBQ Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pork loin
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 1 medium-sized Green bell pepper
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. 1. Slice the pork loin into thin strips.
  2. 2. In a bowl combine soy sauce and BBQ sauce. Add pork strips and let it marinate for about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. While pork is marinating, chop the bell pepper and onion into bite-size pieces.
  4. 4. In a pan heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  5. 5. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until onion is translucent.
  6. 6. Add the marinated pork strips into the pan. Stir-fry until they are cooked through.
  7. 7. Add chopped bell pepper and continue to stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
  8. 8. Serve the stir-fry over a bed of cooked rice.
  9. 9. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for extra crunch (optional).
  10. 10. Enjoy your quick and easy nighttime meal!
