
Quick Nighttime BBQ Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pork loin
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1 medium-sized Green bell pepper
- 1 medium-sized Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
- 1. Slice the pork loin into thin strips.
- 2. In a bowl combine soy sauce and BBQ sauce. Add pork strips and let it marinate for about 5 minutes.
- 3. While pork is marinating, chop the bell pepper and onion into bite-size pieces.
- 4. In a pan heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- 5. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until onion is translucent.
- 6. Add the marinated pork strips into the pan. Stir-fry until they are cooked through.
- 7. Add chopped bell pepper and continue to stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
- 8. Serve the stir-fry over a bed of cooked rice.
- 9. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for extra crunch (optional).
- 10. Enjoy your quick and easy nighttime meal!
