Ingredients:
- 1 pound Thinly sliced beef
- 1 whole Onion
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sake
- 1.5 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 cups, cooked Rice
- To garnish N/A Scallions
Instructions:
- Slice the onion thinly and set it aside.
- In a pan, combine the soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar, and stir over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the sliced onion to the pan and cook until it becomes translucent.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the pan, distributing it evenly over the onions. Let it simmer until the beef is cooked through.
