Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Mixed fresh fruits (like strawberries, grapes, bananas, apples)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • to taste Honey
  • a handful Fresh mint leaves
  • 8 slices Prosciutto
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese

Instructions:

  1. 1. Rinse and chop the mixed fruits. Drain and set them aside in a big bowl.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, combine honey and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
  3. 3. Drizzle the honey-lemon mixture over the fruits. Toss gently to combine.
  4. 4. Chop the prosciutto slices into small pieces and add to the fruit mixture.
  5. 5. Tear the mint leaves and scatter over the salad. Taste and adjust the honey if needed.
