Ingredients:
- 4 cups Mixed fresh fruits (like strawberries, grapes, bananas, apples)
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- to taste Honey
- a handful Fresh mint leaves
- 8 slices Prosciutto
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
Instructions:
- 1. Rinse and chop the mixed fruits. Drain and set them aside in a big bowl.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine honey and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
- 3. Drizzle the honey-lemon mixture over the fruits. Toss gently to combine.
- 4. Chop the prosciutto slices into small pieces and add to the fruit mixture.
- 5. Tear the mint leaves and scatter over the salad. Taste and adjust the honey if needed.
