
Quick Italian Fish Piccata

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Fresh White Fish Fillets
- 1/2 cup Flour
- to taste Salt & Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1/2 Lemon
- few sprigs Parsley
- 2 tablespoons Capers
- 1/2 cup White Wine
Instructions:
- Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper and a dusting of flour.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the fish fillets. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until flaky and golden brown. Remove the fish from the pan and set to one side.
- In the same pan, add the finely chopped garlic, capers, and white wine. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce the wine. Squeeze the juice from the half lemon into the pan and stir.
- Add the fish back to the pan, coating in the sauce. Simmer for another 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dish, or enjoy it on its own. Perfect for those late-night cravings!
