
Quick Italian Bruschetta

Ingredients:
- 1 Whole French Baguette
- 2 Whole Ripe tomatoes
- 2 Whole Garlic cloves
- A handful Fresh basil leaves
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Slice the baguette diagonally into 1 inch thick slices.
- On a medium-high heat, toast the slices on a pan until crisp and lightly golden.
- Peel and slice the garlic cloves into half and rub on the toasted slices of baguette.
- Dice the tomatoes. Toss them with salt, pepper and half the olive oil.
- Top the toasted bread slices with the tomato mixture.
- Drizzle the rest of the olive oil on top. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your quick Italian Bruschetta.
