
Quick Italian Breakfast Tuna Bruschetta

Ingredients:
- 1 piece Tuna Steak
- 2 slices Fresh Bread
- 1 piece Garlic Clove
- 2 medium Tomato
- To Taste Olive Oil
- A Few Leaves Fresh Basil
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Pepper
Instructions:
- 1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, once hot add the tuna steak. Cook the tuna steak for 2 minutes on each side, then remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- 2. Toast the bread slices.
- 3. Rub a garlic clove over the toasted bread slices until they are lightly coated.
- 4. Dice the tomatoes and chop the fresh basil, then mix together.
- 5. Flake the cooled tuna steak and add it to the tomato and basil mix. Season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
- 6. Spoon this mixture over the garlic bread slices. Your Quick Italian Breakfast Tuna Bruschetta is ready to serve.
