Quick Italian Breakfast Tuna Bruschetta

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece Tuna Steak
  • 2 slices Fresh Bread
  • 1 piece Garlic Clove
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • To Taste Olive Oil
  • A Few Leaves Fresh Basil
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Pepper

Instructions:

  1. 1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, once hot add the tuna steak. Cook the tuna steak for 2 minutes on each side, then remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  2. 2. Toast the bread slices.
  3. 3. Rub a garlic clove over the toasted bread slices until they are lightly coated.
  4. 4. Dice the tomatoes and chop the fresh basil, then mix together.
  5. 5. Flake the cooled tuna steak and add it to the tomato and basil mix. Season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
  6. 6. Spoon this mixture over the garlic bread slices. Your Quick Italian Breakfast Tuna Bruschetta is ready to serve.
