
Quick Italian Breakfast Frittata

Ingredients:
- 6 pcs Eggs
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Mini tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 handful Fresh basil leaves
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
- On a stovetop, heat olive oil in an ovenproof skillet. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the mini tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they are soft.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the tomatoes in the skillet.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the eggs and tomatoes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Carefully transfer the skillet into the preheated oven.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
