
Quick Italian Beef Pasta

Ingredients:
- 300 g Penne Pasta
- 500 g Beef Strips
- 2 cloves Garlic Cloves
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 can Can Diced Tomatoes
- 10 leaves Fresh Basil Leaves
- to taste Grated Parmesan Cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- While pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef strips and garlic to the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until beef is browned.
- Add the can of diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the beef and tomato sauce.
- Stir in the fresh basil leaves.
- Plate the pasta and garnish with Parmesan cheese before serving.
