Quick Indian Masala Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 medium Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1 small Green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, break the eggs. Add the finely chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and green chillies.
  2. Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
  3. Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix again.
  4. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, pour in the egg mixture.
  5. After a minute or so, flip the omelette. Cook for another minute or until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with toast or Indian bread for a quick, delicious breakfast.
