
Quick Indian Masala Omelette

Ingredients:
- 4 Eggs
- 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 medium Tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 small Green chilli (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, break the eggs. Add the finely chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and green chillies.
- Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
- Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix again.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, pour in the egg mixture.
- After a minute or so, flip the omelette. Cook for another minute or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with toast or Indian bread for a quick, delicious breakfast.
