Quick French Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Canned tuna in water
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 pcs Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices Slice of tomato
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Drain the canned tuna well.
  2. In a bowl, combine tuna with mayonnaise.
  3. Cut the french bread loaf in half.
  4. Layer the lettuce leaves and tomato slices on one half of the bread.
  5. Spread the tuna mixture on top of the lettuce and tomatoes.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cover with the second half of the bread and cut the sandwich in half.
  8. Serve immediately or wrap tightly with foil for a later snack.
