
Quick French Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:
- 4 unit Eggs
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1/4 cup Cream
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh chives
Instructions:
- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and whisk until well combined.
- 2. Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat until it melts.
- 3. Pour the eggs into the pan, let them set for a few seconds, then stir gently with a spatula or a fork.
- 4. When the eggs start to settle but are still slightly runny, add the cream and stir again.
- 5. Continue cooking the eggs, stirring occasionally, until they are creamy and slightly runny.
- 6. Remove the pan from the heat, add a pinch of black pepper and mix well.
- 7. Sprinkle the fresh chives over the scrambled eggs before serving.
