Quick French Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 cup Cream
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives

Instructions:

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and whisk until well combined.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat until it melts.
  3. 3. Pour the eggs into the pan, let them set for a few seconds, then stir gently with a spatula or a fork.
  4. 4. When the eggs start to settle but are still slightly runny, add the cream and stir again.
  5. 5. Continue cooking the eggs, stirring occasionally, until they are creamy and slightly runny.
  6. 6. Remove the pan from the heat, add a pinch of black pepper and mix well.
  7. 7. Sprinkle the fresh chives over the scrambled eggs before serving.
