
Quick French Breakfast Rice Pudding

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Long Grain Rice
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup Fresh Berries
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add rice and pinch of salt, then reduce heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
- In another saucepan, combine milk, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Bring to a low simmer, stirring constantly until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- When the rice is done, add it to the milk mixture and stir well. Let it simmer on low heat for another 5-10 minutes, until it reaches a creamy consistency.
- While the rice pudding is cooking, wash and prepare fresh berries.
- Serve the rice pudding hot, topped with fresh berries and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Enjoy your quick French breakfast!
