
Quick & Easy Thai Style Pasta

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Pasta
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Red chili
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 piece Lime
- A handful Fresh Basil
Instructions:
- 1. Boil pasta according to package instructions until it is al dente. Drain and put aside.
- 2. While the pasta is cooking, mince the garlic, chop the chili, and dice the onion.
- 3. Heat some oil in a pan and add the garlic, chili, and onion. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
- 4. Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, and juice from the lime.
- 5. Add the cooked pasta into the pan and toss it well to coat the pasta with the sauce.
- 6. Tear the fresh basil leaves and mix it into the pasta just before serving.
