Quick & Easy Thai Style Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Pasta
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 piece Red chili
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 piece Lime
  • A handful Fresh Basil

Instructions:

  1. 1. Boil pasta according to package instructions until it is al dente. Drain and put aside.
  2. 2. While the pasta is cooking, mince the garlic, chop the chili, and dice the onion.
  3. 3. Heat some oil in a pan and add the garlic, chili, and onion. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  4. 4. Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, and juice from the lime.
  5. 5. Add the cooked pasta into the pan and toss it well to coat the pasta with the sauce.
  6. 6. Tear the fresh basil leaves and mix it into the pasta just before serving.
