
Quick & Easy Thai Spiced Pork Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
- 1 pound Ground pork
- 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Thai-style chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 8 pieces Large lettuce leaves
- to taste Spring onions, chopped
- to taste Fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until it is browned and cooked through.
- Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute, until it is fragrant.
- Stir in the chili sauce, lime juice, and soy sauce. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for a few minutes, until the flavors meld together.
- To serve, spoon the pork mixture into the lettuce leaves. Top with the chopped spring onions and fresh cilantro leaves. Fold the lettuce wraps over the filling, tucking in the edges as you go.
