
Quick & Easy Thai Pasta Snack

Ingredients:
- 200 grams Pasta
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 unit Lime
- A handful Fresh coriander
- 2 tablespoons Chopped peanuts
Instructions:
- Cook pasta as per package instructions, until al dente.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic and chilli flakes, sauté on a low flame till the garlic is light golden.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan. Toss well to combine.
- Drizzle over soy sauce and freshly squeezed lime juice. Toss again to mix well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and chopped peanuts. Serve hot.
