Quick & Easy Thai Pasta Snack

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Pasta
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 unit Lime
  • A handful Fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped peanuts

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta as per package instructions, until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic and chilli flakes, sauté on a low flame till the garlic is light golden.
  3. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan. Toss well to combine.
  4. Drizzle over soy sauce and freshly squeezed lime juice. Toss again to mix well.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and chopped peanuts. Serve hot.
