Ingredients:
- 1/2 piece Green Papaya
- 2 pieces Garlic Cloves
- 2 pieces Fresh Red Chili
- 6 pieces Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Roasted Peanuts
Instructions:
- Peel the green papaya and shred into thin strips.
- In a mortar, pound the garlic and chili together.
- Add the shredded papaya, cherry tomatoes to the mortar and pound again until all ingredients are mixed.
- Add the fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar and mix well.
- Top with roasted peanuts and serve immediately.
