Quick & Easy Thai Papaya Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 piece Green Papaya
  • 2 pieces Garlic Cloves
  • 2 pieces Fresh Red Chili
  • 6 pieces Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Roasted Peanuts

Instructions:

  1. Peel the green papaya and shred into thin strips.
  2. In a mortar, pound the garlic and chili together.
  3. Add the shredded papaya, cherry tomatoes to the mortar and pound again until all ingredients are mixed.
  4. Add the fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar and mix well.
  5. Top with roasted peanuts and serve immediately.
