Quick & Easy Thai Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1 piece Bell pepper
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. Set aside.
  2. Finely chop the garlic and bell pepper.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Add the chicken to the pan and stir frequently until cooked.
  6. Add the bell pepper to the pan and continue to stir.
  7. Mix soy sauce and brown sugar in a separate bowl. Add to the pan and mix well.
  8. Stir the Thai basil leaves into the pan and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle red chili flakes over the pan just before serving.
  10. Serve the stir-fry hot with cooked jasmine rice.
