
Quick & Easy Thai Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Chicken breasts
- 1 piece Bell pepper
- 2 pieces Garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Thai basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. Set aside.
- Finely chop the garlic and bell pepper.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the chicken to the pan and stir frequently until cooked.
- Add the bell pepper to the pan and continue to stir.
- Mix soy sauce and brown sugar in a separate bowl. Add to the pan and mix well.
- Stir the Thai basil leaves into the pan and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle red chili flakes over the pan just before serving.
- Serve the stir-fry hot with cooked jasmine rice.
